德国柏林洪堡大学简介

德国柏林洪堡大学（ Humboldt University at Berlin ）成立于1810 年，被誉为近代大学的典范。德国柏林洪堡大学的“科研教学一体 ” 的教学方针，使德国工业在20 世纪取得了先驱性的成果。该大学大力 宏扬 学术批判精神，注重培养学生的科学责任感。作为一个享誉世界的一流大学，它一直站在国际学术的最前沿，取得了卓越的成就。迄今为止，该校已经有29 位获得过诺贝尔奖的专家。世界思想史上的泰斗如马克思、列宁、爱因斯坦及我国著名教育家蔡元培先生和经济学家陈翰笙先生先后访问或就读于德国柏林洪堡大学，该校的教育体系引起了许多中国学者的重视。 德国柏林洪堡大学一直十分重视国际学术交流与合作，早在1981年，其就开始与北京大学等中国知名院校与培训机构互派专家学者进行学术交流。2004年北京工业大学校长左铁镛院士也曾访问过德国柏林洪堡大学，访问期间，双方同意在北京工业大学设立校友学术交流办公室。

Humboldt University in Berlin

Founded in 1810, the Humboldt-University in Berlin has the reputation of being "the Mother of Modern Universities", famous for its unique teaching methods. This concept envisaged a "Universitas litterarum" which would achieve a unity of teaching and research and provide students with an all-round humanist education. This concept spread throughout the world and gave rise to the foundation of many universities of the same type over the next century and a half. It still pays tribute to her foundation history of reform orientation by planting innovative ideas into study, research and organization. The Humboldt-University in Berlin bas been in the forefront of international academia and made great achievements since its establishment. It has produced 29 Nobel Prize winners, the most famous of whom include Karl Marx, Vladimir Lenin, Albert Einstein and Cai Yuanpei. The educational system of it has drawn much more attention and gained recognition from Chinese scholars.The Humboldt-University in Berlin attaches great importance to international academic communication. Ever since 1981, it has been conducting academic exchanges with renowned universities in China , such as Peking University .

洪堡大学中国校友学术交流部简介

在德国洪堡大学校长和洪堡大学从事研究学习的新老校友的鼓励下，洪堡大学中国校友学术交流部作为洪堡大学校友会一个组成部分，于2002 年在德国柏林成立。该交流会主要从事洪堡大学校友之间的联谊工作，以加强洪堡大学校友之间的联系、团结和合作，支持校友创业与拓展，发扬校友会优良传统，同时为中德两国的经济、科技、文化交流与合作贡献力量。

The Alumni Club of the Humboldt University in China （ACHUC）

The purpose of funding ACHUC is to promote association, unification, cooperation, and communication among the alumni, students, faculty, staff, parents, and friends of the Humboldt University. It will work to support the career development of their members and spread the tradition of the club. It will also strive to promote cooperation and economic, scientific and cultural exchange between China and Germany.

德国柏林洪堡大学校友学术交流部在北京工业大学成立

2005年4月9日，德国柏林洪堡大学副校长Anne-Barbara Ischinger教授率领的大学学术代表团一行6人来到北京工业大学访问，德国柏林洪堡大学校友学术交流部在北京工业大学成立。

北京市教委副主任张国华向到访的德国柏林洪堡大学代表团及来自亚洲地区的德国柏林洪堡大学的近40位中国校友表示热烈的欢迎，希望德国柏林洪堡大学能与中国北京市的高校加强合作与交流。市教委马胜杰委员到会并致辞。

北京工业大学党委书记孙崇正教授对代表团的来访表示热烈欢迎。左铁镛院士对德国柏林洪堡大学校友学术交流部在北京工业大学成立表示祝贺，并与副校长卢振洋教授一同向洪堡大学主管国际交流的副校长Anne-Barbara Ischinger教授赠送了“德国柏林洪堡大学驻中国校友学术交流部”题匾。Anne-Barbara Ischinger教授向中国校友交流部负责人黄海峰教授等转赠题匾。Anne-Barbara Ischinger教授对北京工业大学给予校友学术交流部的支持表示感谢，表示要进一步加强两校间的沟通与合作，建立良好的学术交流机制。她介绍了德国洪堡大学校友会在其他国家成立的情况，并肯定了校友会在促进校友之间的交流、团结与合作所起的重要作用，通过校友间的活动能及时了解洪堡大学的发展动态，促进中德之间的经济、科技与文化交流。

德国柏林洪堡大学中国学术交流部会长、北京工业大学黄海峰教授介绍了洪堡大学校友学术交流部成立的意义。随后，德国专家与中外学者分别就经济、法律、医学以及申请国际资助等主要议题进行了学术交流。客人们还了解了中德激光技术中心实验室的建设情况。

当晚，洪堡大学代表团在北京工业大学天天餐厅举行答谢晚宴，感谢北京工业大学的热情接待、欢迎来自世界各地的德国柏林洪堡大学学术交流部人员。

洪堡大学此行是2004年北京工业大学原校长左铁镛院士访问该校后的礼节性回访。双方曾就在北京工业大学设立德国柏林洪堡大学校友学术交流部达成一致意见。成立校友学术交流部旨在进一步加强校友之间的学术交流，进一步加强北京工业大学与国际著名大学的合作。这次活动得到了北京市教委、北京大学、对外经贸大学、北京工业大学以及德国柏林洪堡大学中国校友学术交流部等单位领导的支持。
